The I´mRT concept from IBA Dosimetry aims to provide the fastest, most accurate and most reliable QA and dose verification of IMRT beams, and at the same time maintain an efficient patient throughput.
COMPASS is a solution to increase the precision and safety of the individual patient treatment. Used for pre-treatment and treatment monitoring as well as verification it provides truly independent analysis of the planned treatment and dose delivered to the patient. Based on a 2D transmission detector (comprised of 1600 air vented pixel ionization chambers) measurement, COMPASS then performs a dose reconstruction. It displays the 3D dose distribution in the patient anatomy, comparing it to the TPS in terms of DVHs, 3D gamma and other quantitative means.

MatriXX is the most advanced 2D solution aimed at pre-treatment, patient specific IMRT QA. 1020 air vented pixel ionization chambers are used to determine the 2D dose distribution for the patient treatment fields projected onto the MatriXX and compared to the TPS in terms of 2D gamma, subtractions, etc.
The I´mRT Phantom for multiple film measurements and verification of the absolute dose consists of a water equivalent RW3 material with modular design for Universal Body, Head and Neck as well as Stereotactic verification.
